We use two Payment Gateways:
  1. Paypal is a respected and trusted brand around the world. PayPal maintains the highest levels of security around their transactions. Furthermore, we do not capture or store any of our users' credit card information in Lifetick.
  2. Pin Payments is a leading Australian online payment gateway backed by one of our major four banks. It was designed with companies like us in mind. Again, we do not capture or store any of our users’ credit card information in Lifetick.

How do I renew my subscription?

We will remind you when your subscription is due for renewal and prompt you to make your next payment at that time.

How do I cancel payments?

Lifetick Personal subscriptions are not set up as a recurring payment, therefore if you do nothing there will be no additional charges.

Will my goals be deleted if I let my subscription expire?

If you let your subscription expire, your data will be deleted in 60 days. Lifetick will send several reminders to you, to renew your subscription.
